I HEREBY DECLARE that the Order of Noon and the Order of the Visitor be established, with the Order of Noon being a rank higher than the Order of Dawn and the Order of the Visitor being of equivalent rank.

I HEREBY DECLARE that the following individuals be honored with the following:

For the Count of Armistead, Connor Stumperth, that his title be promoted to the Marquis of Armistead, and be granted the rank of Knight of the Order of Noon.

For the Magister Personae Liam Alexander, the title of Baron of Pacem and the honor of Knight of the Order of Noon.

For the Magister Personae Chase Nanartowicz, the title of Baron of Pacem.

For the Magister Personae Esty Carpentieri, the rank of Member of the Order of Dawn.

And for the Knight Casper von Naveria, the rank of Knight in the Order of the Visitor.

Furthermore, I hereby declare the Treaty of Mutual Recognition between the State of Pacem and the Wurtige Empire be passed into law.
